I like using these as a crown embellishment. Along with the flares they combine to make one big statement!
Using a heat treatment and then a layer of dark patina gives the piece more depth and detail. They are thick, so be ready to use a soft headed hammer to get them to bend.
The size of the single piece is 65x45mm.
The finish is raw brass. I could change the patina or finish of the piece by torching it with a heat source like this video
