Not too sure what to call this, but I use it as a bracelet finding. I use a drill bit to widen the 5 spots on the side and the 3 spots on either end. I then bend the piece gently and use E 6000 glue to attach it to a bracelet finding. Then using superglue, glue in tiny rhinestone chips into the 16 dents that I drilled.
Here's the specification sizes for this medalion. They are inches 1 1/2 (40mm) by 3/4 inches (20mm). They are raw brass and are ready for a patina or paint. They will oxidize over a period of time, but brush up to bright golden color if you use a steel wool (size 0000) pad on them.
